Scapegoats was a 6 part Radio 4 series in 1994 exploring the history of some of the groups in society so beloved of contemporary tabloid headline writers. Written and presented by Hugh Prysor Jones the series investigated the changing perceptions of Single Parents, Travellers, Homosexuals, Immigrants, the Mentally Ill and the Workless.
